Winter 2010

Everybody likes to talk about snow and there's another foot-and-a-half falling right now, as I type at 5:45am. But it's not too soon to take a nice photo of New Yorkers who know how to handle it: making a snowman in Battery Park. Behind them is the little Catholic Church at the foot of Manhattan, a shrine to Elizabeth Seton, our American Saint. And who are these artists? I don't know. When I finished the picture they ran off throwing snowballs at each other.

This is a good time to link to the Daily Snowman.
